Thorough, compassionate primary care for homebound patients is our mission.

What We Do

We perform primary care medical house calls for patients who are homebound or otherwise have difficulty getting to a doctor's office for care.  We accept tradional Medicare (sorry, no Medicare HMOs such as Secure Horizons), and Medicaid.  We will consider private commercial insurance, cash payment on a case-by-case basis as well.  In addition to medical visits we can coordinate or directly provide almost all other aspects of outpatient primary care medicine for our patients
